The most important question is what pain do you want to sustain? What pain are you willing and able to sustain?
Let’s take an example of Job vs Business
Job has it’s own pros and cons
Business has its own pros and cons.
Let’s forget the pros because by defination they are pros. We do not endure them we have to enjoy them. So that is not the problem.
We have to focus on the cons. Jobs have their own set of cons and Business has its own set of cons.
Now we have to choose one set of cons. We can’t have something that doesn’t have the cons.
Everything sucks.
Our job is to choose that sucky thing which we can endure or which we think we can endure better that the other sucky thing.
That’s it!
That’s the most important question and that is what is meant by choosing your flavor of shit sandwich.
