These MicroBlogs are an attempt to make journaling a Habit. I have read about the benefits of journaling/ writing a lot of times from a lot of famous and successful personalities. (fn1)

The goal with these MicroBlogs is to come here everyday and write at least one sentence.

If I am able to write even one sentence that will be considered as a whole successful Microblog and there will be no upper limit.

The basic idea is to use the 2-minute-rule taught by james clear the author of atomic habits in his book.

One of the major benefit of Journaling they say is that it gives you Clarity in the mind.

I have also experienced it.

It helps organize your thoughts. Like organizing a room makes you feel good, organizing your thoughts by writing also makes you feel good. It Makes you feel more clear in your head. Having clarity in your life can be a really good thing.

I would like that Clarity. I would like to get the 27 year clutter in my mind organized.

That is why here I am embarking on this Journey.
