A Job has its own pros and cons
A Business has its own pros and cons.
Let’s forget the pros because by defination they are pros. We do not endure them we enjoy them. So that is not the problem.
We have to focus on the cons. Jobs have their own set of cons and Businesses have their own set of cons.
Choosing a flavour of shit sandwich means choosing one set of cons. One flavour. A More palatable one.
Because of the “cons” it is called a “shit” sandwich. And not a butter sandwich.
