There are companies all around us. We live among them, we use their products daily. When you wake up in the morning and start your day with a nice cup of chai, you are actually using a product of a company. The ‘Red label’ tea you used to make chai is manufactured by Hindustan Unilever, a big Indian consumer goods company.
As you take nice sips of chai and move on to read today’s newspaper Dainik Bhaskar, again you are using a company. Dainik Bhaskar is one of the products of DB Corp Limited. When you take a ride to your college or workplace on your motorbike, you are again using any of following companies: TVS motors, Hero moto corp, bajaj auto etc.
Throughout our life, we keep using products of many different companies describing each of which will take a very long post. Gillette when you shave, Ultratech cement when you make your house, Cipla when you caught a cold and used one of their medicine, Asian paints when you paint your house on Diwali, Indigo when you flew in one of their planes etc.
All these are very big companies having a net worth of thousands of crores. You can buy shares in any of these companies, hold on to them for some time and make a profit as they grow and prosper.
